20 week anatomy scan question

Hi. Has anyone dealt with having to go back for a follow up scan of baby’s heart? Nurse wouldn’t say much over the phone just said most of the time it’s a technical issue but they want to be sure. 3rd baby and never had this happen. We do have family history of congenital heart disease. Particularly my grandmother and my 2yr old niece. The tech was extremely thorough and explained everything they were capturing and even took a video of the heart specifically for radiology. Just curious if maybe technical issues during anatomy scans is something that happens often?
