Has anyone with pcos and low progesterone been prescribed the vaginal progesterone gel in early pregnancy? Either Crinone or Endometrin I believe are the names. I have super low progesterone and I’m on the oral pills but after a lot of suggestions I asked my doctor about the progesterone suppositories. She said the suppositories weren’t covered under my insurance but that the gel was. I’ve never heard of it before. Has anyone used it? Did it have a positive effect on your pregnancy? I’m around 5 weeks but have suffered 3 losses and I’m hoping to save this one. If you’ve done both the pills and the gel before, which would you choose?
