I’ve had complications before and after birth. I was advised not to strain myself. I’m almost a year postpartum. I’ve gained a lot of weight from binge eating and being a couch potato. I have reached obesity. Recently, I got the green light from the doctor to start working out. I have been regularly working out.
I started waist training and also cycling every day. But here’s the thing, I’ve been losing inches instead of weight. I’ve downsized three sizes for my waist trainer within two weeks. Initially I was 38” around my waist and I’m already down to 32”, that’s just one example. It’s great that i could hardly see any fats bulging out but i need to lose weight so i can bid farewell to obesity. For my health’s sake. I’m now 176lbs (5ft3) and it’s been that for the past month. I’ve incorporated healthy eating habits too but why am i not seeing any weight lost?
