Do you guys know what this could be ?

do you guys know what this is i’ve never had this before but it showed up outta nowhere when i was probably around 17 or 16 and i’m 18 now so i’ve this on my leg for a while and it’s on my right lower leg, maybe it could be a rash or maybe eczema i have no idea what this is and on the bottom picture next to my ankle is new so i’m just coufused on what this could be, maybe you ladies know or is a nurse/doctor and has seen this before and knows what it is, anything would be helpful please and thank you for helping me out 🤍
