My son is 10weeks old, and his father has not been apart of his life, or a part of the pregnancy. He walked out on me a week after finding out I was pregnant, and hasn't tried to contact me at all. He chose a life of drugs, and whores over his wife and child. Now that my son is born he is trying to come back into my life just for the child, but it's been said that once he gets his hands on the baby he's up and leaving. He isn't on the birth certificate either.

Now, he has his entire family harrassing me, his mother's girlfriend is threatening me with grandparent rights, to which she has none in the state of Arkansas. I really dont know what to do about it, he says I'm being selfish, but I'm trying to protect my son, because my husband was also physically and mentally abusive.
