30week Ultrasound

I recently had a horrible quality ultrasound done and for some reason the the 2D pics are worrying me. This is my first baby, and his head and facial profile looks abnormal to me, sort of like similar to babies with cranio syndromes Does anyone think the same looking at it or does it look normal?.
