I'm always in the mood but my partner isn't ?

My partner has been working a lot and he is always tired and now it's gotten to the point even on the weekend he is too tired for sex. 
It's really making me feel shit about myself. I'm feeling unwanted and self conscious about my body cause no matter how much I flirt he just isn't interested. 
Is anyone else having the same problem, if so how do you handle it?

Same same same x10!!!! When we got married we was having sex multiple times a week sometimes even in a day but after a couple months it became less and less and. Now we only have sex maybe like 3 times a month.  My husband also works alot but before he even started his labour work all he does is sit behind a computer screen...I have crazy sex drive and all I get told is "I'm tired" "you should initiate it" etc. 
I could be naked next to him he might thouch me up and that's about it or sometimes ain't even phased by it. When I do look good i hardly even get a small compliment and it just makes me feel like shit.
We have only been married a year and some months.

Same here. His excuse is always “I worked so long I am tired.” Or “my stomach doesn’t feel good” I don’t feel loved or wanted at all. We are “trying” (having sex twice on the fertile week) for our second but for him, it’s such a chore and no foreplay, no kiss or anything. I am up now because I don’t know what’s wrong in our relationship.
