Any ideas?

A cute way to tell my grandma i’m pregnant! this will be the 4th time telling her, but i lost the other pregnancies. i honestly forgot how i told her with my son, with my 2nd i made a handbag and embroidered it said grandma to be! with my 3rd, she had just had surgery 2 weeks prior so i gave her a get well soon card & in the envelope was one of my tests.

we don’t have any family time scheduled for 2 more weeks which were all supposed to carve pumpkins together (my idea) but idk if i can wait that long! i’m 8wks right now. i thought about bringing her a cake (she makes amazing cakes for a living) & on it saying “there’s a pumpkin in me!” but i’m not too sure.
