Would like to know when it will end

It’s been 2 weeks since the start of my miscarriage and I am still spotting brown and red on and off. I was suppose to be 8 weeks when I went in for an ultrasound but I was measuring at 6 weeks with no heartbeat . A few days later the bleeding started and shortly following a lot of clots and cramping. It’s tampered off however it’s like it will never end. My levels have been dropping but still not at 0. Should I be concerned that I am still spotting? Has anyone experienced the same for this long? If so when did it finally end?
