HELP!!!!!

I've on the pill for over two years now and recently just go into a relationship. We have sex 1-3 times a week. Earlier I had a pregnancy scare even tho I took my pill and he pulled out. I ended up taking 3 early tests and two normal ones all of which came back negative. One early one looked very faintly positive but I took a normal one the day after and another normal test about four to five days later which were both negative. Since then I've still taken my pill and we've used condoms everytime. I had some weird discharge today and a little yesterday which makes no sense. I couldn't possibly be pregnant because of the pill and protection we used. Can anyone help me out?

Side note: my doctor also recently said I probably have pcos from having a pelvic exam being done. I have no idea but this might be a factor as well.
