Idk what to do lol

Alright guys so my question is pretty much, how do I bring up foreplay or something to my boyfriend? I’m his first gf and the first person he’s been intimate with and I’ve brought up that he shouldn’t be going in dry and it hurts me before and after sex but he always does the same thing and idk how to bring it up in a nice way that so that he doesn’t feel bad. But fuck I’m in pain😩 he pretty much just uses spit as a “lube” but that still hurts and doesn’t really help.

Y’all it’s not that I don’t like the sex it’s just that because of that it hurts AFTER. Never really during unless he tries to go in completely dry but I tell him he can’t do that lol. And also he doesn’t know much about sex y’all he was a virgin before me. Which is why I don’t wanna come off as rude or anything. I just don’t know how to talk about it or bring it up without him feeling bad and feeling like he has to say sorry or something. I don’t want him to feel bad and say sorry but instead talk to him or something so that he understands.
