When do you start having colostrum

I’m 36 weeks pregnant and my breasts have not change a bit. No tenderness, it only sag a little🙄

I started leaking colostrum at 14 weeks! Lol boobs haven’t changed much, they’re not bigger yet but I think they’ve sagged a bit

I can squeeze and shoot colostrum across the room haha but this is my 2nd and it never fully went away after the first.

Breast milk will come in after placenta gets detached at birth. Colostrum can come in during the 2nd trimester, or sometimes it won’t come in until after birth. I’ve had it since about 25ish weeks. Same with my first pregnancy. It’s odd bc I didn’t breastfeed w my first but still produced some (not much). Don’t be concerned if you don’t have any colostrum producing yet, that’s TOTALLY normal, just like it’s normal to start producing throughout pregnancy. And MILK won’t come until after delivery, sometimes even a week or so after. 😊

I’m almost 36 weeks and I’ve been harvesting colostrum one day I got ￼ curious to see if I was producing it and I hand expressed and got a few syringes full and froze it for my baby I talked to my dr before hand
