High risk??

I had my 16wk check yesterday and I got a nipt test done blood pressure great weight great I feel great I have had two full term pregnancies both natural labors no issues ... I was checking my doctors notes and on the top it states supervision of high risk pregnancy! Why would she mention that ? I have had previous miscarriages but never this far along and the only thing we discussed and I have and was born with stage 3 kidney reflaux my youngest has and was born with the same we are having an ultrasound on nov 2 to look at this babies kidneys... but besides that everything is great would this be the reason it says that???
