Cerclage

I lost a baby at 23 weeks due to incompetent cervix, I’m now pregnant again and will need a cerclage. I’m currently 11 weeks and I have an upcoming doctors appointment but I’m just so scared of loosing my baby again, any tips on how to just relax I’m super nervous all the time and I feel like everything I feel is just a bad sign. And can anyone tell me their success story
