Contractions?

I'm having a hard time figuring out if I'm having contractions or not.

I had my membrane swept today and started to cramp and have a bad backache afterwards, But now a few hours later I'm having sharp pelvic pains and really bad backache. My stomach will feel hard and tighten and it almost feels like I have the worst full bladder.

I know contractions are different for everyone but does this sound familiar?

This is my second birth But my first was induced for health reasons so I didn't get to go into labor naturally.
