Is this normal?

I'm new to period cup thing, but I'm unsure when ever I put it in (of course during my period time) one or two sides folded or it squeezed together.

I don't know exactly it since I can't see inside of me, it feels like squeezed but anyways is that normal?

I never dealt with leak but I dont know if it's normal to do that. It doesn't bother my body at all like hurting or discomfort.
