When you're husband doesnt show you affection or say sweet things

How can you cope with this? I had my third 6 months ago, I think I'm going through PPD. I need alot of reassurance & affection. Iv told to him about it a million times. I tell him to tell me sweet or nice things but I know hes not going to. I feel self conscious. Is there anything or any way I can find this in another way?

Talking to a professional should be your first step if you think it’s PPD.  It might turn out you need other things from him as well so it’d be easier to have a sit down conversation about it having a better idea of what is going on within yourself beforehand.

Communication is key. You've shared your needs especially during this period of post partum. No woman should have to feel alone. Perhaps speaking with him and sharing your truth and let him know that you'd appreciate small gestures of kindness. Maybe allow him to share what is going through his mind or what he is feeling.
