Blood draw this morning

So I had back pain off and on all weekend and then cramping last night and this morning but nothing else. I called doc because I’m high risk and my last pregnancy ended in miscarriage. I think I’m 5 weeks but not sure because I had this weird period two weeks ago- I tested negative the day before and day of but then last week I took a test just because period was weird and it came up positive. I have like 30+ positive tests since last week. What should I be your expecting for a count? Anyone else experience similar?
