To do placenta encapsulation or to not
My doula does it and I’m thinking about doing it but I’m unsure. I know it isn’t super studied but I am willing to do anything that may help milk supply and PPD so long it’s safe. Ive read some things saying not to do it because it can be toxic but then so many others say it was great. I’m just confused and don’t want to do anything harmful.
