HCG levels

So on 9/24 I got a very early HCG test with a level of 48. Friday on 10/9 my HCG level was only 2,711. My LMP started 8/22 so my math says 6 weeks on 10/9.

I had some weird abdominal pain and burning so I’m being treated for a UTI.

They also did an ultrasound on 10/9 but couldn’t find a baby. The endometrium has thickened like it should though..

Anyone experience something like this? What was the outcome?

I’m starting to think the worst but trying to hope for the best.
