No ejaculation

So I've been with my boyfriend for about 2 1/2 years & for the first year of our relationship we had no problems with sex or anything. But for the past about 9 months he hasn't really been able to "finish" while we're having sex. I will almost always have to finish him myself. Is this something I should be concerned about? Or am I just doing something wrong
