I do sexual things with my boyfriend, all BUT sex... If the doctor asks me if I'm 'sexually active' what do I say? Am I?

Because the thing is stds and infections can still happen with oral sex so it's important that your doctor knows

For the purpose of talking to your doctor, you should say no. However, one time I filled out some form before an appointment and it asked specifically like penitration sex on the form.
Just ask her! Their job is to help you and keep you informed about your body. The only way to get help is to help her out yourself
