Did you try putacupinit they have a YouTube.  they can teach you how to fold it different ways I also found this picture online.

There are lots of videos on YouTube about menstrual cups and putting them in. I will say, there is a learning curve because you have to pinch them in half and kind of squat down to put it in (lube can help if you're really having trouble). They're also not for everyone. I personally prefer period panties and/or reusable pads because they're easier but still not as wasteful. Good luck!
