What am I doing wrong? Why isnt it working? 😔

I feel so defeated this cycle, I really really thought this was going to be my month. I kept seeing “signs”, I lost 16 pounds, my relationship with my husband got better, I was eating healthier... 2nd round of letrozole after 2 rounds of clomid...and nothing...

I tested at 12dpo and not even the faintest line. I began to cramp a few days ago which means af bc I have pms as well 😔 my period should be coming in 2 days

I’ve never felt like this before
