Is this cm? Or what could it be ?

So I went to the bathroom recently my stomach was cramping alittle but I don’t know if that was because I needed to go #2 or because because this stuff came out . But I stood up and I found this on the toilet seat it might of went there as I was sitting . I got scared and though it was a miscarriage which I hope it isn’t . But then I asked my mom she said it could be left over from my period that ended a couple days ago.I recently had my period October 6th-10th before this period I didn’t have one for 2 months. I had a 2 day period on may 24th,and 25th and then another 2 months with no period then I had one on July 5th-9th. I did breast feed my daughter for 4 in a half months before the may 24th period so I think that Why I havnt had a good period .I am currently trying to have baby #2 but it seems harder I need advice , I also need to know what this could be in the picture down below.I did recently have intercourse yesterday but I know that has nothing to do with this well
