My chest is on fire 😳🔥

My baby is 3 days old. Milk came in yesterday. My boobs are huge and swollen and still growing. Baby hardly wakes up and won't wake up enough to suck for long when i do try. She sleeps so much. Im at my sisters place and left my pump at home and right now they are rock solid hard so i can't express using ny hands. What can i do, i honestly feel like im suffering right now, hurts like hell.
