std testing

I’m scared to get tested for stds, I don’t want my parents to find out. Also around how much would i be looking at? I have insurance but should I go to planned parenthood or my primary care provider? What should I do before the appointment? Help, I’m afraid that I’m going to test positive but I also overthink and scare myself. I’ve never experienced this or anything like this
