First trimester

So I went to the dr yesterday, it was my first visit since I got pregnant. They did a vaginal ultrasound and bloodwork. They also did a glucose test, I was not fasting but I did drink the little orange drink and waited an hr before I got my blood drawn. Today I received a call and said my test was a little elevated 141. So o have to follow a meal plan and get retested in 3 days this time while fasting. Anyone else experienced this? Is this something dangerous? Is my result 141 really bad? I’m a little nervous. Any comments or advise. Thanks 🙏🏻
