How long would you wait?

I’ve been talking to someone online for 3weeks now. I have asked to meet initially and he said he wanted to talk a little more before we meet....I said fine! We get along great, we have a lot in common and he is very respectful,sweet and the best part is we both work in the same stressful field so we get each other! I guess that’s why I’m still waiting on him. I asked for a video call the other day but we don’t have the same phone he said he would download the app.... and I’m still waiting because he was busy. He is currently out of town taking care of business so I don’t want to seem too pushy I understand work hummmm but I’m just getting a bit annoyed at this time... At this time we live 2h away but he will be moving to my town in a few months that’s why I actually started talking with him. I’ve done long distance and it didn’t work in the past.
