Anyone had an Iud and got pregnant?

Question

Hello! I got an IUD in late December. I got a period for 2 months and then never again since. Now this month  I’ve been EXHAUSTED, nauseous,  and spotting for about 5 days. Has anyone ever gotten a pregnant with an IUD? Or is this normal with one? I’m hoping I’m just paranoid! Thanks!

Ive been on the iud for about a year and a half and I feel like this is normal, my period is just spotting most months. I haven’t used a tampon in a year. I feel like I get those symptoms plus more every month
