When you give someone your number, do you like it if they wait a few days to reach out, or do you prefer they reach out the next day? My guy friends think that reaching out right away seems creepy, but I think it shows interest. I’m curious what you all think!

I prefer them text me the same day 😅 I give my number to very few people so whats the point in waiting?

My husband texted me the night we met. I liked it. It was also funny cause he just sent his name 😂 One Word. And then quickly followed it up with “That was weird.”  I thought it was hilarious.

For business, I want a reply the same day.
For personal, I understand if the other party is busy with life to contact me so soon. What's important is they have my number so they can reach me as needed.
Otherwise, I can always get their number and contact them as well. No pressure on both sides.
