First hcg blood test results-please help

So I just got my hcg test done and I have no clue if this is a good thing or bad thing...I’m late 6 days now for my period. I think anything over 6 is pregnant but this test dosnt look like what I thought it would, I’ve seen pictures that say negative for positive this just says 12h...🤷‍♀️
