Bleeding in early pregnancy

I have been bleeding off and on going on 2 weeks now and I have been worried myself, it’s crazy I know but I have taken a test just about every day and probably will until I go to the dr Tuesday. I have never bled during a pregnancy unless it was a miscarriage but that’s not always the case. I have been doing a lot of research and in early pregnancy there’s implantation bleeding, a uti can cause you to have some bleeding, and a few other things, I have been praying and will continue to do so bc god is greater and he will take care of us, I took this test this morning and it still shows positive. Although it’s been sitting there for a little over 10 mins, that is the results. We are praying this is our boy 🤞🏼. We have 3 girls
