A sports injury. Both sprained and strained my L4 and L5 disks in my teens and mom didn't take me seriously til 2 months after it happened.
Also my SI joint is weak af so my pelvis always goes kittywampus. Since it's the base of your spinal cord, if that's fucked then the rest of your spinal cord and back pay the consequences. At it's worst, I had 2inches of height difference depending on which leg I was mainly standing on because of how severe my pelvic bones were rotated.

Hurt my back 10 years ago putting my daughter in her crib. Ever since, I just have to move the wrong way and I pull my back out for days. Having a desk job doesn’t help either...it kills my neck and right shoulder.

Big boobs and a small work injury that turned into a pinched sciatic nerve. Then it became sciatica and I had a steroid injection in my spine at disc L5S1. Almost three years and the pain only manifests in my left leg and left pelvis. Better 🙌 I have reduced range of motion but that’s kind of it. Last summer I was bedridden and got better in the fall. Meds 3x a day

Not enough exercise. I have a 7 week old and would love to go outside for walks, but I'm stuck in this pattern of sitting on the couch doing nothing while holding her 😬

Horrible posture both sitting and standing. It isn't just aches either every so often it is a very intense/sharp horrible pain in my lower back near the base of my spine think it has to do with a pinched nerve or something bad. I always say I'm going to work on my posture and start doing yoga more often when my back isn't having a fit but yea haha...
