Stay a home mom/wife ?

Hi, I was wondering are there any stay at home moms who just stay home care for the kids, cook, clean.. etc & your husband, fiancé or boyfriends brings in the bacon ? lol.. I know it sounds like something from a movie but I see myself just staying home taking care of the kids and just keeping the house in order, I want to see my kids grow & I want to experience everything I can.. having my baby I just realized how precious each month & year really is 💯😭 & I want to know is that the mindset you ladies went into the relationship with or was it a decision that you & your partner made? I have no problem working but being a house wife/ stay at home mom is something that warms my heart & I’m not married.. I’m single & I have a daughter but I would love to meet someone one day but I don’t think that’s something you tell someone.. I think guys want a working woman lol but just tell me what you think & your experience

Ever since we were dating my husband and I talked about me being a SAHM one day. We are both engineers and I make more money than him so we joked about switching roles and him staying home, but honestly the money isn't worth it to me... I don't want to miss out on time with my daughter and would hate working. My husband is 100% on board with it! I'm sure you can find a man that feels the same :)
We have a 5 month old and I would have quit by now but my company is allowing work-from-home so I'm taking advantage of that and will quit when they ask us to return to the office.

I became a stay at home mom  this week. Plan is to help my husband with his business and eventually start my own.

My husband didn't mind me working but said to me that he prefers that i be a sahm. I never even thought that was an option tbh. When he told me i was so happy because i have bad anxiety. We can live off his income alone so its ok. 
You can definitely find a guy willing to take care of you. I wish u the best of luck. ❤️

I love being a stay at home mom. I don't have to clock in/out and I don't have a dress code. I get paid in hugs, kisses and smiles. It's the best job in the world, in my opinion ❤❤❤

I’ve played both roles now. 
I had my first child in 2017 and went back to work full time 12 weeks later. With him, I was so eager to get back to adults and be out of the house. He was a tough baby and I needed that mental break. But, as the past 3 years have passed, I realized just how much I was missing. My husband is a college professor, so he’s only out of the house Mondays through Fridays during daytime hours with all holidays off and breaks here and there. I worked in a retail setting, working every third weekend, sometimes “clopening”. I would often go 48-72 hours without really seeing my child. I missed all of his “firsts” once maternity leave was over. By the time I got pregnant with this one, I knew I wanted out. Covid gave me the reason I needed to stay home. I am so glad I did.
I never thought I would be the stay at home type as I was growing up and even when I had my first child. But, you don’t get that time back and it’s worth every extra cent we had with me working. So what if I can’t splurge and buy that cute pair of shoes? I get to see my children grow and that’s way better. ❤️

It wasn’t our plan (well mine yes lol but at the time husband wasn’t up for it) but once we had the baby and with covid and everything going on right now he was actually the one who told me he preferred me to stay home instead. I quit my job in March. I love it. He makes enough for us so we are good gad.
