Help period cramps

I need help my period started 4 days ago and I had mild cramps now my cramps feel horrible. I have had complications before in early 2020 basically my right side of my stomach would hurt and me not my mom would know why it felt like stabbing pains. And my period was nowhere near coming or had just went off. Now I’m starting to kinda feel the pains in the same place. Now my lower right side is swelling and hurts it’s halfway what it was in early 2020 what to do to help the pain. Also I took two Advil’s and it didn’t work.
