Went to the doctor yesterday because of bv symptoms. They prescribed me flagyl, 2 pills a day for 7 days (509mg). I am 9 weeks 3 days. They also checked on baby and everything still looked great, strong heartbeat. I'm just really nervous about taking the flagyl. I've read that it's controversial over it causing problems in first trimester or not. How ever I've also read that bv can cause miscarriage. So I'm on the fence to let the bv continue on until second trimester or take the flagyl and treat it. Has anyone been through this?? What was your experience? Any advice/experiences would be great!!
