Chemical or ectopic? Please help.

EDIT: I think I might be having a chemical. 3rd pic is the updated one. Would you consider this a period or would the next bleed after a miscarriage be a period?

Per ovulation calculators I should be 4 weeks 6 days but tests are now negative. I am spotting, would you think this is a chemical miscarriage that I don’t need to go to the hospital for or much more serious such as etopic?

How long did your chemical take?

What did it feel like?

How much blood loss?

If etopic what happened?

I’m having upper back pain and some lower left pain but I always have that bc I have sciatica. I am tired and kinda nauseous but could be my nerves.

Here is my long story if you want to read or if not I put a pic of my spotting. Top pic is this morning bottom is half way through the day.

I had my period 9/7-9/13.

I had an lh surge on 9/27.

from 8dpo-12dpo I started to spot so I thought af was here.

12dpo I got a very faint line.

10/15 I went for a hcg blood test and found it was at a 12.

After my doc told me the hcg was low I started to worry. At 15dpo I feel like I had my darkest test but still not super dark. After that I feel like it started to fade.

I sent a message to my doc and she asked if I wanted to go for a follow up hcg which of course I wanted to. But by the time I responded they closed. So today I woke up and started to spot again so I called the office and left a message for an on call doc. She claimed my doc already put in an order for me so I went to quest.

The test was never sent. So already upset I broke down at quest the poor tech had no idea what to do. I have an appt Monday for an ultrasound and am going in the am for the blood hcg test but I feel like it will be nothing since now per clear blue it’s negative.
