i cant get my tampon out. the string is still connected i just can’t get it out. it hurts so much i’m crying in pain. HELP PLEASE. any tips

First of all, stop panicking. It's making your muscles clench and making this harder. 5-10 more minutes so you can calm down won't hurt anything. 
When you're feeling more calm, focus on slow, deep breaths. Bend your knees in a slight squat, keep telling your muscles to relax, let go, open, and just pull it out by the string.
