Finding it hard to sleep after having a miscarriage a week ago
It’s been exactly a week from when I miscarried and I am really struggling to sleep at night. I end up just staring in the dark and find this is the time my mind just thinks about everything. Obviously I’m still hurt and it will take time.
What do you do to sleep? Just any advice, ideally no tablets to take as want to do it naturally as atm I just sleep once I’ve tired myself out completely and that can be early hours of the morning 😔
