Copper coil- help!

Hello,

I had the copper coil fitted at the end of August and it’s been in for two months now. I’ve recently started having really bad period like cramps (my period is due in a few days but the cramps started last week) and I’m worried that something is wrong. I’ve also had a bit of brown watery discharge, sometimes it’s a bit pink. I can still feel my strings, is this normal?

I have a doctors appointment booked for next week but I’m really panicking that the IUD has moved or is rejecting. Can anyone offer any advice?
