Taking cara babies
Hello! Has anyone used the Taking Cara Babies sleep course? I’m hesitant to spend the money. My baby isn’t the worst sleeper but I know we can do better. I’ve had PPD and noticed it’s so much worse when I haven’t slept well. Just wondering if anyone thinks it’s worth it.
