Do you wear panty liners everyday?

Just saw this on IG and got me thinking...because some of the comments I read were, “it’s not healthy if you wear one everyday” or “I wear them everyday because the discharge stains my underwear”
I personally have grown accustomed to wearing one everyday because I’ve been doing so since my first period. And most often than not, I have heavy discharge and I get uncomfortable walking around with a wet underwear.
I have however in the last few weeks tried to stop wearing it everyday but I mean it’s hard lol

No and it’s weird to me that people can wear them all day every day.
Your vagina needs to breathe. All you’re doing by wearing a panty liner all day is suffocating your vagina and trapping all that discharge in there and not letting it dry out. Underwear literally has a piece of cloth on it to catch the discharge. It’s also normal for your discharge to bleach your underwear. 
Any time I’ve ever worn pads or panty liners for a long period of time, I get itchy and gross down there. It makes me cringe to think about people wearing pads or panty liners all day because I can just imagine the discomfort.

No, that’s extremely wasteful. I won’t even use disposable period products. The only time I use panty liners is if I’m trying out a new cup, I’ll usually wear one for the first day or two until I’ve gotten the hang of it. I’ve bought literally one pack of panty liners my entire life

Discharge is normal....
I don’t wear them except when I’m spotting at the beginning or end of my period. Wearing that everyday seems like a lot of unnecessary waste.

I used to but then I realized how bad that is for the environment so I stopped. I just had to get used to the feeling of the wet underwear and honestly I don't make as much discharge anymore. When I do wear a pantyliner I notice it makes me have more discharge.

Maybe it’s just me but I like to let my bits breathe😂 it’s not healthy to wear one all the time I think because sweat can collect and you can get bacteria building up if you aren’t changing a liner as you would a pad. If we weren’t meant to have discharge we wouldn’t have any, simple as that. It’s completely normal and healthy

I do almost everyday, TMI my discharge gets kinda heavy specially if I had sex cause my husband finishes in me... I don’t like wet panties, also since having my son if I sneeze too hard I pee myself a little and allergies in Texas are bad lol
