4w3d positive test this morning after being 5days late

So I am 22 and I experienced an Ectopic pregnancy in April 2020 and lost my tube due to this. Doctors said everything otherwise looked good and I shouldn't have trouble getting pregnant again. It's been 6 months and I still mourn that loss but after three months of tracking and TTC I got a FBP today. I'm terrified because of my experience with the ectopic pregnancy in April but also super excited because I will finally get to bring a baby home (if all goes well during the pregnancy)

Now I need to tell my Boyfriend of 4 years that we are pregnant again! How do I do this?!?!
