Long labia minora?

So I basically have like “meat curtains” is what I’ve heard them be called. I’m a little self conscious about it but my partner sees nothing wrong with it and is attracted to me anyways. But I tear a lot. During sex but also like just everyday movement! I try to prevent it by being gentle/lubing up, but it still happens all the time. It’s painful too. Does anyone else have this problem? Or know any solutions? Should I see my gyno?

Mine are longer but don’t cause any discomfort. Just always made me self conscious until I had a bf who loved them. Lol. If they cause you discomfort, look into a labiaplasty.

You can have a labiaplasty to have them cut shorter. I believe if it is a hinderance to your daily life and causes you pain and discomfort, there is a possibility of your insurance helping to cover it. Mine are longer as well and cause me discomfort, but I haven’t ever had tearing or anything like that. I’m pretty self conscious about them as well so it sucks. You can do your research on labiaplasties to see if it’s something you’d like in the future

I don’t know much about it but I would see your doctor. There may be a procedure to help reduce them which could help with the pain.
