Nipple guards for exercise?

My nips are getting rubbed painfully while running. Any nipple guards pregnant mamas like to use??? 12 W and 3 days.

This happened to me so much!!! I couldn’t run for more than 20 minutes without my nipples killing me after about week 8. I am at 16 weeks now. I bought the SheFit Ultimate Sports Bra and it changed everything. I’d never heard of the brand before but it had amazing reviews online and I figured I had nothing to lose. It has adjustable straps and super padded cups and really makes a difference. I like it so much I just bought a second and I feel like it’s saved running for me.

Try putting a cross made out of bandaids over them, should work! I’ve had to do that for long distance races and it works great!

I’ve never ran in pregnancy but have you tried putting on breast pads with a bunch of nipple cream under your bra?

No advice. I had this bad with my first but not so much this time.
