Was this a stituation to call the cops?

My husband and I took our daughter to the veterans park today at 5pm and we had an absolutely wonderful time. We notice a women parked her van in the parking lot blaring loud music she had no kids with her. I didn’t pay attention as my husband did. As we pulled out in the parking lot this lady followed us to cold stone than to our apartment she drove not to close but, in the distance as my husband saw this. We parked the car she parked right behind us she didn’t get out of the van. My husband told me to go to the opposite side of the apartment so I took my daughter and walked I turned around and saw that she closed her driver door and speed walked towards me. Lucky, my husband was there and walked right behind her. She asked me if I was “Ava” I said no. Which was weird because she would’ve talked to us when we were at cold stone? Idk sounds pretty fishy to me. Then, she went back to her vehicle didn’t leave at all. I told my husband to call 911 he did and they kicked her out since she had no business there. The police didn’t talk to us at all
