Pregnant on IUD?!

So I’ve had an IUD since April after having my son in January, my first periods after the IUD were hard but they have basically gone away I guess. Been a couple months since I’ve really had anything more than some spotting here and there. I’ve been having cramps on right side (occasionally on both) along with being tired and some today upset stomach and a few cravings that aren’t normal for me that last week or so. Noticed some stretchy CM a few days ago (TMI) but just wondering if anyone has gotten pregnant with an IUD? I haven’t taken a test but wondering if I should? I know it’s very unlikely but wanted some of y’all’s thoughts!
