I need help lol

Okay, so with my second child... every time I took a test it was negative until the next day then a line would show up. It kept doing that but the amount of time it took to show up got shorter and shorter. Shortest amount of time was like 3 hrs later. Anyways I got tired of testing with the .88 ones and got the digital "pregnant, not pregnant" ones. Turned out I was pregnant. So now its doing the same thing, I have 3 of the .88 cents ones. 2 of them showed positive the next day and the other showed positive like 5 hrs later. I bought a clear blue one today and I felt like I could see the faintest line within 5 mins but then I definitely saw one within 15 mins max. I looked for the digital ones but they didn't have any. I read that the negative filter would still show evap lines. That the way to tell if its a evap line is to put water on the test strip. If the line disappeared then its negative and if it stays then its positive? Is that true because I did it on the first 2 tests and the lines stayed on there. Their just really faint like with my Second pregnancy. My boyfriends son was murdered at 6 months old in 2016, so I dont wanna talk to him about it because I don't want him excited if its false and don't want him worried rn if its positive. Thank you!
