Dont know what to do ... Ladies can u be of any help ? Please

Okay ladies i dont know i havent had an actual period since July 29-aug 03

I started bleeding Oct. 10 -18 i just assumed i was misscarring which seems bad and low of me ... Ive had pregnancy sympotoms starting around end of aug - till now im having 14-20 week pregnancy symptoms in the area but around 2am i was siting in bed alone holding my phone hand on my belly and felt a small and wasnt for very long back and forth movements i broke down ive taken a doller tree test in August it was negative. And one tonight which was invalid also from dollor tree. should i just go to the hospital when i can which would be tmr ? What should i do ? Do u think im pregnant ? Or misscarrge? Or just my lineling comeing together?
